There are two ways to delete an account: from inside the app, which is the main one, and by e-mail, for people who have already removed the app from their phone.
The phrase has to be typed — it cannot be pasted from the clipboard. That is deliberate: deletion cannot be undone, and a spare second here costs less than an account lost by accident.
If the app is already gone from your device, write to support@staminity.com from the address the account is registered to. Put “Delete Staminity account” in the subject line.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no delayed deletion and no cancellation window: once confirmed, neither you nor support can restore the account or its data.
Your subscription ends. If the account has an unpaid invoice, deletion may be refused — settle the invoice first or write to support.
The app warns you about all of this before you confirm, and names the coach and the clubs involved.

2) Additional information from the user account: photo, contacts, social-network handles, country and city, “about me”, sports, sex, date of birth, height and weight, anaerobic threshold and training-zone boundaries;
3) Training data:
Training plans other people bought from you stay with them. They have been paid for and belong to the buyers; deleting your account does not revoke them. Your plans are, however, withdrawn from sale in the Store.
