How to use Staminity on your mobile device
Through mobile applications for Android or iOS
You can download Staminity mobile app for Android or iOS operating systems. The app provides the same as the website - in a layout for the phone screen.
Download the mobile app in App Store and Google Play:
Features provided in mobile apps:
- View your or your athlete’s (for coaches) calendar;
- Plan activity, change a plan;
- Analyze a completed activity;
- Plan a competition;
- Create an event (plan a rest day, diet or time your supplements);
- Register a measurement (weight, resting HR, ….);
- Write a report to your coach on the completed activity or answer the athlete’s question;
- Receive a notification on the completed or planned activity, find out about a new comment.
Differences between the app and the website:
- tariffs are purchased on the website only - there are no tariffs and bills sections in the app;
- the training plans store is not in the app - it opens on the website.
Push notifications come both to the app and to the browser: a new plan from the coach, an uploaded activity, new comments. In the app they are turned on in Settings, in the “Notifications” section - the “Notifications on this device” line; in the browser there - “Notifications in this browser”. The setting is separate for every device and every browser.
Through a browser on your phone or tablet
You can access Staminity website through a browser on your phone or tablet: the website adapts to the device screen.
If you often use Staminity in the phone browser, you can save the website to the home screen of your device. Thus, you can open it almost like a regular app - in its own window, without the address bar.
In order to do it, open the website https://staminity.com through a browser on your smartphone:
- on iPhone in Safari - the “Share” button, then “Add to Home Screen”;
- on Android in Chrome - the browser menu, then “Add to Home screen”.
When you sign in for the first time, you will need to enter your email and password or sign in with Google, VK or Apple:
The app remembers the sign-in, and from now on you won’t need to sign in again.
