How to subscribe to a tariff or renew it

Tariffs are enabled and paid in the web version of Staminity: the mobile apps have no tariffs and invoices section.
SUBSCRIBE TO TARIFFS
WHEN SIGNING UP When signing up in Staminity, the tariff of the chosen role is enabled free of charge for a trial period: for an athlete - the “Premium” tariff, for a coach - the “Coach” tariff, for a club manager - the “Club” tariff.
AFTER SIGNING UP You can enable the required tariff at any time. Open “Settings” - the tariffs and invoices section. The tariffs block lists the “Premium”, “Coach” and “Club” tariffs and their state: enabled until a date, trial period, enabled at the expense of a coach or a club, disabled.
Click the row of a tariff that is not enabled - the subscription window opens:
The subscription window shows:
- tariff terms - the subscription fee (monthly) and, for the “Coach” and “Club” tariffs, also the fee per athlete, per club coach and for enabling “Premium” for athletes;
- promo code - enter it and accept it to get special subscription terms;
- subscription conditions - for example, that the charges will be combined with the charges of a tariff you already have, and when the next invoice will be issued;
- the checkbox of agreement with the subscription terms - without it the subscription is not possible;
- the button to subscribe free of charge - for a trial period, if you haven't used this tariff before, or to subscribe on a paid basis.
Click the row of an enabled tariff - the tariff window opens: status, who pays for the tariff, validity period, tariff terms, subscription fee and other cost components, promo code and automatic renewal.
RENEWAL OF THE TARIFF PERIOD. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
The tariff period is renewed for a new period if:
- the tariff is enabled;
- all invoices for the previous periods are paid for the “Coach” and “Club” tariffs;
- the invoice for the next period is paid for the “Premium” tariff.
The invoice for a new period is issued automatically if automatic renewal is on for the tariff.
Automatic renewal is on by default for a newly enabled tariff. You can change it in the tariff window - check or uncheck it and save.
If automatic renewal is off:
- for the “Premium” tariff no invoice for a new period is issued, and the tariff is disabled when the paid period ends;
- for the “Coach” and “Club” tariffs the tariff is disabled on the 1st day of the month following the billing month. The licensee gets an invoice for the past month.
DISABLE TARIFFS
To disable a tariff, turn its switch off and confirm.
A tariff cannot be disabled if it is in a trial period or the subscription fee is paid in advance, or if it is paid by a coach or a club - the switch is not available then. Turn off automatic renewal for such a tariff, and it will be disabled by itself when the paid period ends.
The “Coach” or “Club” tariff cannot be disabled while athletes or coaches are connected to you - the app tells you this in the disable window.
