How to work as a club in Staminity
A club in Staminity is a tool for several coaches working together.
Unlike personal coaches, who manage their athletes on their own by sending invitations or accepting requests, in a club the requests from athletes are processed by the club management. The management also distributes athletes between coaches.

How to open a club in Staminity
To open a club:
- sign up in Staminity;
- enable the “Club” tariff;
- fill in the club profile;
- connect coaches and athletes to the club.
Enable the “Club” tariff:
Open “Settings”, the “Tariffs and invoices” - “Tariffs” section, and enable the “Club” tariff. Tariffs are enabled in the web version of Staminity.
After that, a club block with the club name appears in the application menu: club profile, club members, club dashboard and club methodology.
Fill in the club profile:
Open the club profile and click the edit button - the club settings open. The club management can change them.
- Name - the name of your club or school;
- Club profile link - a convenient link to the club profile; other users access the club with it;
- Country and City help athletes find clubs near them;
- Language;
- About - the main information about your club;
- Price - the cost and conditions of different programs;
- Contacts - how to contact the club;
- Athletes - share your athletes' achievements. It helps new athletes choose your club;
- Available for new athletes - whether you accept new athletes;
- Sports - the sports you train.
Also upload the avatar (emblem, logo) of the club and a background image. They make your club profile stand out in the search.

How to manage club members
Club member management is available to the club management. Open club members in the club block of the application menu:
The table lists the club members: role, assigned coach (if there are several coaches, the first one and the number of others), tariff, the number of athletes of a coach, city and age group. If there is a “К” mark next to the tariff, this tariff is enabled at the club's expense. Above the table there is a search by first and last name.
- 1 - filter: all club members, coaches, athletes, management, athletes without a coach or the athletes of a chosen coach;
- 2 - Invite - invite new club members. More about club invitations - in the article "How to connect to a coach and a club";
- 3 - Coaches - assign a coach to the chosen athletes;
- 4 - Athletes - attach athletes to the chosen coach;
- 5 - Roles - change the roles of the chosen club members;
- 6 - Tariffs - enable or disable the “Premium” and “Coach” tariffs at the club's expense;
- 7 - Remove - exclude from the club.
The actions apply to the club members checked in the first column of the table. A button is available only if the action suits all the checked members: for example, Coaches - for athletes, Athletes - for coaches.
An athlete can ask to join the club with the join button on the club profile. The request comes to the club management in the Requests panel, where it can be accepted or declined.
Let's look at some typical operations:
Exclude from the club
- Check the club member,
- click Remove,
- confirm the exclusion.
Club roles
Roles in the club:
- Coaches - club members who train the club athletes attached to them. A coach needs the “Coach” tariff - their own or enabled at the club's expense;
- Athletes - club members who can be assigned club coaches. The number of club athletes affects the cost of Staminity for the club;
- Admins - the club management: manages the club members, accepts and declines join requests, assigns coaches and roles.
The club manager is the user who enabled the “Club” tariff.
To change roles:
- check one or several club members,
- click Roles,
- check the required roles in the club roles window,
- apply.
Assign coaches to athletes
- Check one or several club members with the Athletes role,
- click Coaches,
- choose the coach or remove the assigned one,
- apply the changes.
Attach athletes to a club coach
The reverse operation is also possible:
- check a club member with the Coaches role,
- click Athletes,
- choose the club athletes to attach to the coach or remove the attached ones,
- apply the changes.
Club members' tariffs
The club management can enable paid tariffs for club members at the club's expense:
- the “Premium” tariff for athletes;
- the “Coach” tariff for club coaches.

| “Coach” tariff at the club's expense | A coach needs the “Coach” tariff to work with athletes. If a club coach has no “Coach” tariff of their own (for example, the tariff bought at their own expense has expired), the club can enable it at its expense. |
| “Premium” tariff at the club's expense | Enabling “Premium” for club athletes is optional. It is an additional way to give some club members premium features. The “Premium” tariff at the club's expense costs less than when an athlete buys it on their own. |
Be careful! Charges for tariffs enabled at the club's expense are included in the club's bill from the date they are enabled. The minimum charge period is one day.
To enable a tariff at the club's expense:
- check the club member,
- click Tariffs,
- enable or disable the required tariff,
- apply the changes - the app asks to confirm enabling at the club's expense.
How to start working as a club in Staminity
- Sign up in Staminity;
- Open a club: enable the “Club” tariff and fill in the club profile;
- Connect new club members: send them invitations from the club or accept their join requests. More: "How to connect to a coach and a club";
- Assign roles to new club members: Athletes or Coaches;
- Assign coaches to athletes.
