In order to start your work, you should sign up.
- Go to the website https://staminity.com and click “Try for free” - the sign up page opens.
- Choose the role - see above - and the country.

3-1. Set up the profile
To open the settings, click your avatar in the top right corner and choose “Settings”.

Set a photo and a background image and fill in the personal info: first and last name, country, city, profile address. In detail - see “Profile”. Who sees this information is set in the privacy settings.
3-2. For the coach - set up the Coach profile
Athletes find you in search by the coach profile and send you a request. The coach profile opens from the “Coach” card in the profile group of the settings. Upload a photo, fill in “About”, “Conditions” and “Contacts”, and make personal info visible to everyone in the privacy settings - otherwise the card says that you cannot be found in search. In detail - see “Coach profile”.
4. Set up the training zones and thresholds
From the LT and the training zones Staminity calculates the intensity level, the load and the time in zones. In the settings, in the fitness group, open the training zones:

Click the pencil of a sport, enter the LT, choose the zones calculation method and save. In detail - see “Training zones and LT”; it also shows how a coach sets zones for an athlete.
5. Set up an automatic upload of your completed activities to Staminity
Staminity enables to upload your activities from Garmin Connect and Intervals.icu automatically - in the “Synchronisation settings” section.
A service is connected with a toggle: a window of the chosen service opens, where you sign in to your account and allow access for Staminity. After that, every new activity will be uploaded automatically. Disconnecting is irreversible, so the app asks you to confirm it.
If you have a Garmin watch, turn on “Garmin Connect”. With “Garmin Connect Export (beta)” turned on, you can send planned activities from Staminity to Garmin.
If you have a Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Amazfit or other watch, connect it to Intervals.icu, and turn on “Intervals.icu” in Staminity.
If you didn't find your device in the list, click “Didn't find your device?”. More information in the article “How to download the completed activities”
6. Set up connection between Coach and Athletes
It is possible to set up the connection between Coach and Athlete by athlete initiative or by coach initiative.
