How to work as a coach in Staminity
Coach in Staminity is a user of the service who can train others. A coach can access athletes’ calendars, can plan activities and competitions for them, create events, compose a season plan and use other features available to coaches.
Options for organizing a coach's work in Staminity:
PERSONAL COACH - works with athletes individually, without a club. In order to work as a personal coach, you should purchase the “Coach” tariff on your own. A personal coach manages their athletes independently and can connect new athletes and remove existing ones.
CLUB COACH - works with athletes through a club. The “Coach” tariff is purchased by the club, so the coach doesn’t need to purchase it on their own. A club coach doesn't manage their athletes; the athletes are assigned by the management of the club.
COMBINING – a coach can combine the roles of club coach and personal coach. For example, be a coach in one or two clubs and train personal athletes at the same time.

How to become a coach
Any Staminity user can become a coach.
To do it, you need the "Coach" tariff - at your own expense or at the expense of a club. Different options for registration depending on the chosen role are described in the "Getting started" article.
The state of your coach profile is shown in the settings, in the coach card: for example, if the tariff is not enabled, it says that the coach profile is disabled and how to enable it.
The number of athletes on the “Coach” tariff is not limited; the daily charges on the tariff depend on the number of athletes.
How to manage your athletes
Athlete management opens with the “My athletes” item in the “Athletes” section of the application menu.

The table lists the coach's athletes: name, club, tariff, city and age group. The table can be sorted by any column; above it there is a search by first and last name and the number of athletes. If there is a “Т” mark next to the tariff, this tariff is enabled at your expense. The athlete's name leads to their profile.
- 1 - Invite - invite new athletes by email;
- 2 - Tariffs - enable or disable the “Premium” tariff for an athlete at your expense;
- 3 - Remove - disconnect an athlete;
- 4 - Requests - requests to connect to you.
Tariffs and Remove work with the checked athletes: check them in the first column of the table, click the button and confirm the action. On a phone there is a list instead of the table, and each athlete has their own menu.
Invite athletes
The Invite button opens the invitation window. Enter the first name, last name and email - one line per person; you can add more lines or paste a ready list and parse it. The bottom of the window shows how many invitations are ready to be sent.

The person receives an email with the invitation; nobody is added without their consent. Sent invitations are shown in the same window, and any of them can be cancelled.
The “Premium” tariff for an athlete
A coach can subscribe their athletes to the “Premium” tariff at their own expense. The cost of the “Premium” tariff is lower when enabled by the coach for athletes than when enabled by the athletes on their own. So the coach may include Premium access to Staminity in some of their services.
Check the athletes, click Tariffs, check “Premium” and apply. The app asks to confirm: the tariff charges will be included in your bill daily.

Remove an athlete
Check the athlete, click Remove and confirm. After that, you won't be able to access the athlete's training calendar.
An athlete assigned to you by a club can be removed or given a tariff only by the club.
Athletes' requests
An athlete can ask to train with you - with the button on your coach profile (see "How to connect to a coach and a club"). The request comes to the Requests panel:

The panel has incoming and outgoing requests: pending ones at the top, the history below. Accept or decline a request. Before accepting, the app asks to confirm: the daily charges on the “Coach” tariff depend on the number of athletes.
How to work with athletes
A user with an enabled “Coach” tariff can perform the following actions with the connected athletes:
- Plan activities;
- Plan competitions;
- Create events and measurements;
- Control the plan execution through the coach dashboard;
- Analyze each completed activity;
- Plan a training season;
- Work with groups of athletes through the training plans;
- Review reports on the training process;
- Set training zones and LT for athletes;
- Create their own categories of activities;
- Create their own activities templates.
An athlete's calendar opens by choosing the athlete in the top bar of the calendar, and from the dashboard - with the “Calendar” item of the athlete menu; the same menu has the zones and LT settings.
